1. Reception
Dirty raw material reception area where the chestnuts are stored when they enter the field, approximately 800 m2, and where the cleaning drums and the machinery for sterilization and grading are located.
2. Storage
Cold with 2 cold rooms of 200 m2 each, which allows us to store more than 1,000,000 kg. of chestnuts in 1m plastic bins. x 1.20 m. once sterilized and calibrated.

3. Packaging
Finally, a clean or packaging area, with 800 m2, of refrigerated panels, which allows us to pack at a controlled temperature.
