I am Dr. Italy Teresa Costanzo - Nutritionist Biologist perfected in Optimal Nutrition. Registered in the National Order of Biologists AA_074871. I grew up with dance steps and this art has been my daily life for over 20 years. But continually bombarded with comments on physique and body shapes, I had a conflicting relationship with food, weight and body. So when I asked myself "what do I want to do when I grow up?" I answered to HELP PEOPLE TO LIVE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THEMSELVES AND THE BODY SERENLY, and I decided to enroll in the Degree Course in Nutrition Biology. I graduated from the University of Naples - Federico II at the age of 24 with full marks.
In the same year I attended an annual university specialization course "Optimal nutrition: theoretical and practical aspects" to develop skills to develop food plans in established physiological or pathological conditions. In 2015, after having passed the state exam for professional qualification, I enrolled in the National Register of Biologists and I AM ALWAYS IN CONTINUOUS UPDATE attending courses and seminars on nutrition to offer the best to my patients.
The treatment of Eating Disorders is very dear to me and it is a priority for me to deal with the relationship between food and emotions with everyone. I attended several courses to help patients normalize their relationship with food and Mindful Eating to rediscover a healthy relationship with food.
