I graduated with honors in Cell Biology at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and subsequently I qualified to practice as a biologist. During my university years I developed a great interest in nutrition which prompted me to pursue a postgraduate Master in "Dietology and Clinical Nutrition". I did a training internship at "ASL Roma E" dealing with eating disorders together with a team of psychologists and psychiatrists (with whom I still collaborate). I constantly follow refresher courses to deepen the most varied issues related to nutrition. I also obtained the qualification of Personal Trainer to expand my knowledge also in the sports field and to better integrate the various training methods with adequate nutrition, so as to allow patients to achieve goals such as localized weight loss, increase in muscle mass, improvement sports performance, etc. I receive by appointment in various offices, multi-specialty and sports centers in Rome (Monteverde area, Centro Storico, Parioli, Eur). I collaborate as a Nutritionist Biologist with the Carrarese Calcio Society. I follow several athletes, elite and not, of various disciplines (rugby, judo, boxing, volleyball, athletics, swimming, tennis).
