The FaMe® Serviceline app is one of the FaMe® smart phone applications for facility management. Problems, so-called tickets, affecting a building can be reported via the app. This can e.g. B. Problems with the heating, air conditioning or IT technology. The tickets are sent from the app to a central database, which organizes the processing. The processing status of a message can be displayed via the apps. The apps are available in a public version that can be used by any user and in a variant that requires a personal account that is monitored via a login. Photo, barcode and GPS functions are integrated. The app can be operated OFFLINE and ONLINE. The app is supplemented by the technician app, which organizes the processing of the tickets.
