The "Talent and Yoga" application is made up of audios, videos, directed breathing, relaxation, practices, tools... Uniting the best of Eastern and Western philosophy, to develop people's potential, in order to LIVE with more serenity, health, well-being and mental clarity, improving as human beings.
All of us have to travel two paths. One is inward ordering the personality, developing our potential and expanding Consciousness. The other is towards the outside, fulfilling our duties as parents, children, workers, social... To do this correctly we have to find our place in the world, where our personality fits, working with talent for a better world.
If we follow these two paths, we fulfill our mission in the world and life works, smiles at us, enjoying it with spiritual and material prosperity.
