Tenerife Accessible is an application, promoted by the Insular Society for the Promotion of People with Disabilities, SINPROMI, S.L., an entity belonging to the Cabildo of Tenerife, which offers updated information on the accessibility conditions of tourist places on the island of Tenerife. .

This accessible, free-to-download application aims to provide people with reduced mobility and communication with prior knowledge of the accessibility conditions of places of tourist interest and, in this way, be able to adequately plan a visit or trip. In addition, once at the destination, it allows the search and consultation of nearby accessible establishments.

The accessibility conditions indicated have been evaluated and contrasted on site by technical specialists in accessibility from SINPROMI, S.L. based on the requirements of current regulations in Spain and entails a continuous process of expanding and updating the data.

The application is configured with a simple and accessible menu, divided into the following sections:

- Guide: Allows you to make queries about the level of accessibility of places of tourist interest on the island of Tenerife. These consultations can be made based on the needs of the user (Wheelchair User, Reduced Mobility, Visual Disability or Hearing Impairment), and selecting the activity that you wish to consult. - Near me: Through geolocation, and with the same configuration as in the Guide section, it allows the consultation of places close to the point where the user is, showing these places through a map or also through a list, indicating the distances to them.
