This mobile app is a self-learning mobile platform to support parents’ mental wellness. It is established by Christian Family Service Centre - Early Intervention and Community Support Project for Parents.

The mobile app adopts Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) throughout the contents, providing useful tools and self-assessments, exercises for parents to develop a healthier parenting pattern and behaviours for themselves.
