Welcome to the application "War also has rules", a quiz-test that will allow you to test your knowledge of the laws of armed conflict.

WAR HAS LIMITATIONS, AND NOT EVERYTHING IS ALLOWED

Can you aim at the hospital if the enemy fires from it? Can you accept young people as fighters if you are not sure that they are over 18 years old? Can you pretend to surrender and then attack the enemy? Are police goals legitimate?

You will find all the answers in this quiz. You will go through 28 scenarios covering topics such as "War Tactics", "Fundamental Rights", "Medical Care", "Weapons" or "Child Protection". When you finish all the topics, you will be able to move to the level of commander with more complex scenarios.

The annex was developed by the Geneva Call to promote compliance with the laws of armed conflict (international humanitarian law), in particular those relating to the protection of civilians in armed conflict.

The Geneva Call is a Swiss non-governmental organization that calls on armed non-governmental actors (insurgents, guerrillas, liberation movements, self-proclaimed authorities) to comply with international humanitarian norms, including those relating to the protection of civilians in armed conflict.
