Wright Way Fitness is a private personal training studio in downtown Maryville. I offer one-on- one training, buddy training, and group classes tailored to meet each client’s unique goals. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, including those with orthopedic issues and chronic conditions.
Small group training is one of my passions- I take pride in creating fun, varied workouts that challenge, support, and adapt to each participant’s needs through personalized modifications and progressions.
