Depressive disorders in children and especially in adolescence occur much more frequently than diagnosed. Given the wide spread of this disease, the complexity of the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and school students, a serious medical and social outlook, publications on these issues are very relevant topic for practical public health and prevention of socially significant diseases.
It is proved that:
1. The combination of psychotherapy and physical therapy more effective in adolescents 13-18 years than in patients 7-12 years, and the simultaneous use of psychotherapy and acupuncture more effective in children 7-12 years than in those aged 13-18.
2. The use of a therapeutic exercise was significantly more effective in male patients than in females, but other gender differences in the methods used were not reliable.
3. A combination of all three methods used to treat depression was more effective than monotherapy and non-drug treatment facilities but unreliable differences from a combination of psychotherapy and physical therapy, it does not depend on the age of patients.
4. Resistance to respiratory patients hypoxia is reduced, and the time of hand-eye reaction increases in the non-psychotic depressive disorder in adolescents.
5. At the level of non-psychotic depressive disorders in adolescents significantly reduced intake of vitamins of B (thiamine, pyridoxine, niacin, riboflavin).
