Modern dental practice can not be imagined without the participation of dental assistants who actively contribute to quality dental care patients. The book "Fundamentals of restorative odontology for dental assistants' training is intended for everyone involved in assistance in the restoration-dental practice and is part of textbooks for students of vocational studies of oral hygiene at the Dental School of the University of Belgrade. The aim of the author is that the affordable way to present contemporary knowledge in the field of restorative odontology, the branch of dentistry that deals with the study and treatment of diseases of dental hard tissue, and explain the role of dental assistants in the dental team.
