St. Benedict English Medium School is sponsored and conducted by the Benedictine Sisters in Co-ordination with the Bishop of Punalur Diocese.

The school officially started on June 2000.

The School aims at academic excellence but stresses the moral and social development of the students towards the formation of the total person and his/her development as an upright citizen.

Curriculum
1. The medium of instruction is English. The courses of studies comprise of the syllabus for the CBSE.
2. The academic year commences in June and ends in March.
3. Moral instruction is imparted to all the pupils.
