Once you have signed up for the Co-op ServiceMatters application, your residents can install and use the app or access the online version via their web browser.
The app will provide your residents with a way to send you details, images and even mapping directions for any concern they identify on your properties.
Once they file the report, you will be instantly notified of the new posting, and can follow up on the concern, documenting what you find. Should repairs be required, you can use Co-op ServiceMatters to create a repair request, track all work and costs, and resolve the issue.
The file provides a complete record of events, and a process to follow up with the person who originally reported the concern.
Reporting keeps track of every concern record, and every resolution with all the related images, dates, times etc. to completion.
Priority ratings ensure critical work is at the top of the list.
This ensures that community safety is held to the highest levels, and no concerns slip through the cracks.
The Co-op RequestMatters app can be used for free on any device web browser and installed on Android phones and tablets. Your Co-op must be an NBC Business Matters client with an annual account for the app to connect.
