It's based on the simple principle that what we focus on multiplies. That's because we train ourselves what to pick up on and place importance on. 

The Good Vibes Journal was created because I wanted a place to collect all the good stuff in my life. A convenient “happiness jar” that I always had at hand. And now that it is a reality I hope it will be a place like that for you too. Because you deserve it. A place to gather and cherish all the good stuff so that the good vibes can multiply!
