At Fin Leadership, our mission is to empower high school athletes to become complete leaders, excelling in all areas of life—on the field, in the classroom, and beyond. We are committed to helping student-athletes begin this journey and develop well-rounded individuals who lead with integrity, resilience, and a sense of purpose. By focusing on the holistic growth of each athlete, we aim to shape the next generation of leaders.

We understand that the student-athlete has very little time to spare, but are expected to be leaders with very little guidence nor do they need extra course work.  Our App is a simple and enjoyable way to help start your leadership journey with only 5-10 minutes per week.

Using the power of AI, we create a 4-week personalized leadership lesson plan that only requires a movie that you love and the sport you love to play.  That's it.
