On May 29, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) announced the details of converting 11-digit subscribers to 10 numbers from five operators.

The transition begins on 15/9/2018 and ends on 30/6/2019. When converting, operators will have to dial in parallel (maintain both old and new numbers) from 15/9/2018 to 14/11/2018 and maintain the tone in Vietnamese and English.
