Law 13,703 of August 8, 2018, sanctioned by the President of the Republic, converted Provisional Measure 832 of 2018 into LAI.

This is the Policy of Minimum Prices of Road Transport of Loads, the National Agency of Land Transport published, through Resolution ANTT:

> Second Version RESOLUTION No. 5.827, OF SEPTEMBER 4, 2018 (Restated)

 The tables with the minimum prices referring to the kilometer rotated in the realization of freights, per loaded axle.

The minimum price tables have a binding nature and were elaborated according to the specificities of the cargoes, being divided into: general cargo, bulk, refrigerated, dangerous and neogranel.

This application was developed to perform the calculation for these tables. To perform this calculation it is necessary to enter the type of load, the number of axes, the distance and whether there is freight in the return yes or no.

Note:
The calculated value does not include tolls, which must be calculated separately and paid by the shipper.

CARRIER ATTENTION WITH THE VALUE DUE TO THE FREIGHT UNDER THE LAW:
It is clear that the values ​​are not referential, but binding, that is, mandatory. The LEI provides for indemnification in favor of the contracted carrier in the amount corresponding to twice the difference of the amount paid and that which would actually be due.
