PPID stands for Information Management and Documentation Officer, where PPID functions as a manager and conveyer of documents owned by public bodies in accordance with the mandate of Law 14/2008 on Public Information Disclosure.

With the mobile-based PPID application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for information seekers to interact with SMKN 1 Batusangkar as a public body.
