Barre is a low-impact, high-energy workout that blends the best bits of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to sculpt and tone your entire body. It’s designed to be gentle on your joints while still delivering that delicious burn. No dance experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to shake!
Our award-winning classes are set to funky house playlists that keep the energy high and the vibes fun. Every session is filled with clear guidance, encouragement, and plenty of modifications, so whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, you’ll feel supported every step (and dip) of the way.
