The Remedy Fitness and Wellness is a health centered community that focuses on the benefits of physical activity, mindset tuning practices, making healthy nutrition choices and finding friendship and support to help you reach your highest potential! You'll be guided through exercise classes, breathwork, stretching, meal planning tips, a chat room with other members to share information and support, interviews with health and fitness professionals, monthly challenges, and online and in person meet-ups! Most importantly you'll find a place to be yourself and start or continue your health and fitness journey where you are at. This is a judgement free zone and all are welcome to FIND THE REMEDY!
