Foundations – Beginner-friendly and capped at 6 people, this class takes the intimidation out of Pilates. Learn how to set up your reformer, adjust springs, and move with proper form while building strength and confidence to take on the next level.
Level 1 – Step beyond the basics with a focus on core strength, balance, and stability. A steady pace and clear instruction make this the ideal bridge from Foundations.
Level 2 – More resistance, dynamic sequences, and smooth transitions. This class builds endurance, challenges control, and connects strength with fluid movement.
