Booking for online and in-person Pilates and fitness classes. Shed Pilates + Fitness is a dynamic Pilates and weight training studio that welcomes all ages, all bodies, and all fitness levels. Under the guidance of the Balance Body Method of Pilates certifications, we are a small group equipment studio offering 3 progressions of intensity. Our small group weight lifting classes focus on functional movement patterns under a progressive overload plan to build strength over time. Highlighting our dynamic and thoughtful approach to fitness, expect each class to provide holistic movement, proper breath work, core engagement, and plenty of hands on adjustments to give you the best possible workout with low impact to your joints.
