The Ritual: Set in a dark, immersive studio with a sophisticated, cinematic soundtrack. Centered on the deep, internal power of primal core contraction and release. We seamlessly blend foundational work with challenging standing balance and shaping sequences.

The Release: Set to an energetic, rhythmic soundtrack, The Release is hyper-focused on activating your body's vital detoxification pathways and kickstarting your lymphatic system. We move with power and deep core support, blending rhythmic, targeted sequences with our game-changing vibrational weights.
