Best known for her prominent clientele and a Manhattan rooted Pilates back- ground, Georgia combines her technical knowledge of the practice with a modern and athletic flair, featuring intentional series and maximum efficiency movements that will help you build a long and strong physique while feeling balanced from the inside out.
