Welcome to the Strong Mom Project app - the best way to stay connected to your Strong Mom community! The Strong Mom Studio is a boutique fitness studio located in Yardley, Pennsylvania, that caters to expecting, postpartum, and seasoned moms with young children.
The focus is on core and pelvic floor rehab, plus full body strength training to help moms prepare for pregnancy, an easier postpartum recovery, or just help them do mom life better. Group workouts cater to all levels with expert coaching from certified pregnancy & postpartum athleticism coaches.
Monthly membership options include group personal training, private training, and recovery sessions that never require a commitment or set schedule. Also available is a postpartum rebuilding series, Diapers to Dumbbells, that runs almost monthly. Free Community Classes are scheduled for potential new clients to see if we are a good fit for your current fitness needs as a mom! Once a membership is purchased, billing is automatic monthly but can be changed or canceled at any time.
The studio is child and baby friendly with the exception of a few group sessions during popular working hours.
Krista Williams is the founder of The Strong Mom Project and is a personal trainer with 20 years of experience working with moms. As a mom of two boys, she realized just how poorly the motherhood population was taken care of, and that direction on postpartum rehab and recovery was almost non-existent. As a result, she decided to focus solely on helping moms become the best version of themselves during the difficult transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and everything else motherhood has in store for women.
