Class types:
Foundation and Complete are both designed to serve as your comprehensive workout each week. If you only have time for one session, this is what we recommend. Foundation is tailored to those who are newer to Pilates, prefer a lower intensity workout, and/or want to get back to the fundamentals. Complete is designed for those who are proficient in the fundamentals and are looking for a challenge.
Special classes have a specific focus, such as cardio, strength, core, or balance. Each week, a variety of these classes will be offered, allowing you to personalize your program to meet your goals.
Restore classes focus on muscle recovery, flexibility, breath, and release. These classes round out your weekly program, rejuvenating the mind and body to help you move and feel your best.
