Small Group sessions delivered by highly qualified and experienced Instructors. Each class is 50min duration and follow a clear format.
These are: V-FORM - a supportive and flowing class focusing on alignment, control, and mobility. Ideal for beginners or those returning to Pilates. Uses balls to aid alignment and offer modifications. V-CORE - an intermediate level class designed to build deeper strength, control, and coordination. Incorporates balls and rings to challenge stability and enhance core engagement. Finally, V-POWER - a high energy, strength-driven class featuring supersets, dumbbells, and advanced reformer sequences, ideal for clients looking to build endurance, power and control.
Our studios are of high quality, 8-10 beds, with additional amenities on-hand such as recovery and relaxation experiences. Set-up in unique locations, nestled in local communities operating up to 40 classes, 7-days a week, allowing accessibility and variety for a range of customers.
