Located in the heart of beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho, our studio is tucked away in a cozy, intimate space that feels more like a home than a traditional gym or wellness center. From the moment you walk through our doors, you’re met with a feeling of warmth and belonging. The gentle scent of Palo Santo, the soft glow of ambient lighting, the friendly greetings from our team and fellow yogis, it all creates an environment where you can breathe, release, let go and just be.
