FServe is a simple-to-use yet powerful, secure, fast and highly configurable FTP server for Android devices. Besides the basic file transfer features, it provides the ability to manage connections and to limit transfer rates. It also support multiple users with fine-grained permissions management and SSL for secure file transfers.
