1 STAGE
First of all, investors determine the city and region they want to invest in, and make a request. Our expert team conducts a land search in line with these demands and the most profitable land is found, a preliminary draft project is prepared and uploaded to the system, and the project is opened for participation. Investors examine the project either from our expert staff in our offices or through the system. The project, which reaches sufficient participation, is closed to participation and official procedures begin after this stage. Project participants sign our service contract and give the necessary power of attorney to follow up the transactions on their behalf. Then the deed process begins and the land is purchased on behalf of the project participants and the title deeds are issued on behalf of the project participants.
STAGE 2
Our expert personnel start negotiations with the contractors who want to construct the building, since the terms of the agreement are determined in advance, the contractor who accepts these terms is found and the contract that protects both parties is signed at the notary public, and the work is completed.
