Watchout Responder app is used to take emergency cases assigned from the Watchout agent app and reach the place of incident/accident reported by Watchout passenger.

Watchout Responder app is also used to generate emergency accident case for himself/herself and WatchOut agent will take the case and assign services.

Responder will communicate through video call, audio call and SOS to agent regarding accident/incident.

Responder can file complaint regarding transport and Emergency services through Responder app. Responder can use pictures, videos as a proof to file complaint.
