The application initiates, reports and manages the progress in real time of an assistance request; provides information regarding the geolocation of the service and facilitates the monitoring of it by service center personnel. In addition, the application allows access to assistance personnel via live chat or by phone where we can assist you when and where you require with 24/7 availability.
