With respect to the "Health Content and Services policy: Inaccurate Health Apps Declaration" please note the following:
Our platform can be used by a broad cross-section of businesses. In case the business is in the Health and Wellness Sector, they can allow their customers using the f-lambda Bell app to do the following activities:
1. Enter and maintain a history of all doctor consultation visits including uploading and viewing of prescriptions.
2. Uploading and viewing of all kinds of medical diagnostic test results and images.
3. Request for consultations with their service provider which could be a healthcare institution like a clinic or a wellness consultant or a physiotherapist etc.
4. Get on an online consultation with their service provider based on an appointment setup against the request mentioned in point 3 (the actual online meeting happens outside the app in any 3rd party web conference platform - our app has no role to play in that)
5. Post consultation, the service provider can upload any notes into the app, which can later be viewed or downloaded by the end user of the app. These notes may potentially have information or instructions of a medical nature depending on the type of consultation that was performed.
Based on these functionality, which may be part of the app in case our client is in the Health and Wellness segment, we have selected the options for Health Content and Services policy: Inaccurate Health Apps Declaration (depending on the site https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/14738291#zippy=%2Chealth-and-fitness%2Cmedical). Our logic is provided below:
1. Clinical Decision Support: Since our app may be used as a personalized healthcare management tool since it can be used for maintaining all personal health records.
2. Healthcare services and management: Since our app may be used for scheduling medical appointments, reminders, telehealth services, managing health records. One of our customers is an Elder Care business, hence the app is also helping in assisting with care of the elderly within the spectrum of the functionality mentioned above.
3. Medication and treatment management: Since our app may be used for managing medication schedules (by way of setting up appointments and also uploading prescriptions).
We have reviewed the other features in the website above and did not find any others being relevant to us.
Please note that if our client is not in health sector, it is possible that none of the above medical and healthcare related features may be available to end users of the app. The features are enabled depending on the choice of the business / our client.
