* One service request can be raised for up to 3 pets of one species. (i.e if you have 1 dog & 2 cats then raise 2 service requests, one for cat & 1 for dog)
* Once a booking is matched with the service provider/s, the User has 2 hours to complete the booking by making payment. All bookings beyond 2 hours will be automatically canceled.
* Any AT-Home service & Sitter service can be booked for 7 continuous days only in a single request.
* Prices against homestay plans while raising requests are tentative and final prices will be provided with a customized list of homestay hosts. Prices vary depending upon every host’s experience and any unique facilities. Prices shown initially are only the approximate starting prices of the plan
