Trade-in for Samsung Stores enables you to trade in your eligible existing device (phone, tablet, smart watch) for a credit value which is applied as a discount on the purchase price of a new Samsung device.

The App is only available for use by customers trading in and purchasing a new device in Samsung retail stores. To verify the current condition of your device, you will need to answer our short assessment questionnaire which should take only a few minutes. You will also provide information to establish your ownership of the trade-in device.

Once you’ve completed the process, you will receive a unique Trade ID and a trade-in credit estimate to be used exclusively at Samsung retail stores. The App will help you locate the nearest store to you.
