Property Tax Calculator is an app to calculate the tax on residential and non-residential property. Covered areas include Rajkot, Ahmedabad, and Surat city. The app has calculations available for Residential and Non-Residential properties. All the calculations done in the app are according to the rules and norms provided by the city municipality.

Calculation takes into consideration following fields:
» Carpet Area in feet / meter
» Location Factor
» Age Factor
» Type of Building
» Occupancy Factor

App includes carpet rules to be considered for calculation of the taxable property.
