This app reminds you to get sunlight at the right time, measure the right amount, and track your progress.
The included Lux meter measures light to help estimate how long you need to reach your goal (for example if the sunlight is 100,000 lux then you need 2 minutes).
Track your light viewing progress by adding light logs: each includes lux and duration.
If you already have apps for water reminders or exercise trackers then this app works similarly.
