Our chauffeurs are undergone through background verification and their chauffeur account is created through the admin, only if they are approved. After the account is created they receive an email with the details of their login credentials. When the chauffeur logs-in to the app a popup with punch in button is shown. A chauffeur can receive trip request only if he punches-in. After punching-in the chauffeurs location is updated whenever he changes the location, also if the app is in background state. It is necessary to update the chauffeurs location for the best functionality of the application. The trip request feature is completely based on the distance between the chauffeur and the customer. When the customer sets the destination, the chauffeurs within the radius of 50 miles are listed in an ascending order of the distance between the chauffeur and the customer. The distance will be updated lively. The customer can select any chauffeur and confirm the ride. The respective chauffeur receives a notification of the trip request. The chauffeur can view the trip request either by clicking the notification or by clicking the bottom-left icon on the home screen. If the chauffeur can accept or reject the request. If accepts he needs to start to the pickup point of the customer. The chauffeur can view the direction to the pickup point on the home screen and his live location will be sent to the customer application, where the customer can track the driver and also for calculating the time left for reaching the point. After reaching the pickup point, he can notify the customer by clicking the reached pickup location. The customer joins the chauffeur and together move to the destination and finish the trip.
