Benefits and Rewards of Reciting Surah Kafirun
Surah Kafirun is also known as the word kafirun which means "The Disbelievers". Surah Kafirun is 109th chapter of Holy Quran. It has 6 verses and this is Makki Surah because it was revealed on our Last Prophet (PBUH) in Makkah
The significance and importance of Surah Kafirun will be enough in only single statement by Holy Prophet (PBUH) that " Reciting Surah Kafirun carries the reward of reciting a quarter of the Noble Quran."
1) If someone recites Surah Kafirun on a treasure, it remains safe.
2) If recited by hungry person, it helps in his finding sustenance.
3) If a person dies after reciting this Surah it is as if he has died a martyr.
4) Safe yourself whole night by reciting Surah al Kafirun.
5) Shaitan stays away from you. It keeps you safe from shirk.
6) Reciting Surah Kafirun along with Surah Tawhid during the Namaz makes Allah forgive ones sins.
7) Surah al Kafirun helps to overcome the fears.
8) It is narrated that Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) has related that on many occasion he heard the Holy Prophet (PBUH) reciting Surahs Qul Ya- ayyuhal- kafirun and Qul Huwu-Allahu ahad in the two rakhas before the Fajr compulsory Prayer and in the two rakhas after the Maghrib obligatory Prayer.
Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه)
That the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said: “Idha Zulzilat is equal to half of the Qur’an, Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad is equal to a third of the Qur’an, and Qul Ya Ayyuhal-Kafirun is equal to a fourth of the Qur’an.”
