"Shillong Conclave 2020" is the R.I. District 3240 Conference for the Rotary Year 2019-20.

This Mobile App has been specifically designed for Delegate Registration & Engagement, Conference Related Information, Notifications and QR enabled Access. This app allows all delegates to access their Registration Information, their Accommodation details, Day-Wise Conference Agenda alongwith introduction to Key Note Speakers and Real-Time Notifications on the Conference.

This app also features unique QR codes generated for each delegate in order to enable them to gain access to conference events, meals and other conference facilities.

The Organizing Team can use the app for scanning of QR codes and granting access to authorized delegates.
