In this application, ActivCare professionals can oversee what care and medication each patient is getting, and when they get it, preventing medication errors. Here, each patient can be identified by checking their profiles. Medications will be listed along with their personalized profile, stating it's drug, dose, route, and schedule. Vital signs will be listed here as well, assisting nurses in assessing their patients.
