The Palestinian State has succeeded since its establishment in presenting a model to be followed at all levels in science, health, engineering, agriculture, energy, environment, and others. Palestinians were able to parcipate and represent their country in various Arab, Regional and International events and conferences, and achieve advanced ranks and honorary positions that demonstrate their knowledge and expertise. We hold gratitude and appreciation to all Palestinians who have contributed in consolidating the path of innovation and excellence in Palestine.
The idea of establishing the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence (HCIE) came to crown the wise vision of H.E. the President of Palestine, Mr. Mahmoud Abbas, who considers innovation and entrepreneurship as the truest way to build the Palestinian state and the main pillar of the knowledge economy that we aspire to. Since its establishment, the HCIE has endeavoured to spread the concept of innovation and excellence as a culture encompassing all walks of life, and to take full care of innovators and entrepreneurs and provide them all needed support. We have also endeavoured to support and strengthen the structure of our partner institutions member of the HCIE and those working in the field of innovation.
