With the Balu.Property app, you can access your real estate data, plans, contracts, tenant and entrepreneur data anytime and anywhere. You can enter and manage several properties (worldwide). Owners and tenants can enter damage reports at any time and the owners can check the damage reports, obtain offers from contractors and equipment suppliers and place orders. All parties involved are informed of the status of the work and completed work is archived.
Entrepreneurs can use the app to increase the efficiency of order processing and customer satisfaction.
