Remaining a stellar fitness tracker, the Huawei Band 8 maintains consistency with its forerunner. Unchanged aspects include the 1.47-inch AMOLED display with the same resolution, a marginal increase in sports modes from 96 to 100, and identical operation as Huawei's Band 7.

Continuing its reliance on a 1.47-inch AMOLED display for the third consecutive year, the device has shed an additional two grams in weight, now at 14 g, and boasts a slimmer profile at 8.99 mm.

This Huawei Band incessantly monitors heart rate and SpO2 levels, offering 100 training modes and catering to various fitness tracker requirements. Despite its comprehensive features, there's a lack of notable innovations, and the sleep tracking may not be entirely accurate.

The battery life, purportedly lasting up to 14 days on average and nine days under intensive use, remains a notable feature. An unexpected surprise comes in the form of accelerated charging speed, setting it apart from its predecessors.
