It is an app for the lawyers and the litigants to calculate the Ad-Valorem court fees which is to be deposited in favor of Courts for filing of some suits. They get the correct calculation here easily by just putting the amount to be calculated on and they get the result otherwise there are different tables for calculating them. There are some government websites where you can deposit the amount and the link appears at the bottom of it. You just have to click it and it will get you to that website. The states and UTs for which this app calculates the court fees Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Delhi, Gujrat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh(U.P.) and Uttarakhand.
Ad-Valorem Court Fees is calculated on the basis of Ad-Valorem Court Fees provided in the Court Fees Act, 1870 with State Amendments and the links to pdf files or Webpage of state amendments are given below please cross check before using it.
