This application (Your Safety) is affiliated with the National Center for Pharmacovigilance and Safety (YNPVC) at the Supreme Authority for Medicines and Medical Supplies, the main center, Aden, in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Yemeni Organization for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control in the capital, Aden.

This application allows all health workers and all Yemeni citizens to:

- Report the side effects of the drug, whether expected or unexpected.

- Reporting the quality of pharmaceuticals.

- Report on the quality of cosmetics and lotions that are used for the skin.

- Reporting foodstuffs and everything that affects the health of the community from materials found in the Yemeni market.

The National Center for Pharmacovigilance and Safety (YNPVC) monitors medicines after their marketing, conducts a continuous assessment of the quality of pharmaceuticals, detects and evaluates side effects and develops solutions leading to their prevention, receives notifications in this regard, as well as follows up on news from international bodies and organizations and takes appropriate decisions regarding Safety of circulating pharmaceutical preparations.
The center also monitors the quality of the preparations that may affect the health of the community, as well as the follow-up to the provision of safe, effective, high-quality medicine at an appropriate price, and this is in implementation of the policy of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in order to ensure pharmaceutical security in the Republic of Yemen on an ongoing basis.
