DirettaMente is a real-time chat application dedicated to the elderly through which users can write text messages, upload images, videos or audio to dialogue with their doctor. Communication takes place only and exclusively with a healthcare professional through the use of the web application.
Only and exclusively people taken care of by the ASL services and social and socio-health district services can access through authentication.
People not taken care of by the services can only access public utility information on projects and reference territories which are provided with free access, i.e. without the use of a login.
