Main features:
• Ticket Management: View all active and assigned tickets,
monitoring the progress of services under your responsibility.
• Asset Inventory: View detailed information on assets,
organized by groups, subgroups and inventories. Register, update and move assets, including automatic transfer
to stock.
• Location and Registration: Update the status of assets, record installations and
deinstallations, and enrich the information with data such as physical environment,
condition, serial number and virtual location.
• Barcode Reading: Scan asset tags to simplify the location, registration and counting of assets.
• Offline Operation: Perform operations even without internet access. The application stores data locally and automatically synchronizes with the server as soon as the connection is reestablished, ensuring continuity and efficiency in processes.
