The Office Panel is designed for handling telephony. It is intended for users who do not work in a contact center but only use the telephony features of BC4.
Quick Contacts allow users to customize the panel for speed dialing frequently used numbers or for quickly transferring calls to common contacts.
Queue History shows the recent history of incoming and outgoing queue calls, with options to immediately redial, view call notes, categories, or play the call recording, if available.
Directory displays a set of group directories with the ability to directly dial or transfer calls.
