Clinic app is one of three part of cloud based complete electronic medical record system. The format is that the user (person reporting) just needs to enter the result as name of the test and units are already given. It reduces undue copying. To print any result, in the setting hospital/clinic name can be set for printing. Otherwise the result can be printed on hospital pad if required. The logged in person name is always printed at the bottom to show the person who prepared it.
